Mr. Mesinschi’s his legal career began as corporate counsel for high-tech sector and the automotive industry where he was instrumental in planning, developing and implementing transformational programs to help grow or reinvigorate his clients’ businesses turning them into the profitable, functional and highly-successful entities they are today..
