Leonard Sweeney, Sr. In 1964, Sweeney & Sweeney added its title research and closing services division. Over the past 35 plus years they have established themselves as New Hampshire's Title and Closing Company, representing major lenders thoughout the country. Their commitment to ongoing professional education, maintaining state of the art technology, and attention to client service has made them a leader in the industry.. J.
