Reuben began his career at the Washington Supreme Court where he served as law clerk to Justice Charles W. Johnson. Prior to that, he served as an extern to Judge James L. Robart at the Federal District Court in Seattle.. Reuben is active in his community, serving on the board of Safe Streets Tacoma and providing pro bono representation at the neighborhood law clinic and as a cooperating attorney with the ACLU of Washington.
