My firm is a full service firm that provides high quality legal work in a small firm setting. My principal practice area is labor and employment law. I provide operational advice to business owners. I advise and litigate all aspects of labor employment cases including discrimination claims, hostile work environment claims, wage and hour claims, family medical leave act claims, disability discrimination claims, wrongful termination and retaliation. I have over 40 years of experience handling a wide variety of legal issues running the gamut from personal injury litigation, corporate governance, appeals and commercial litigation.. I have an advanced law degree known as an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution which is the top law school in the nation for Alternative Dispute Resolution. So I do a lot of arbitration and mediation work.
