GENERAL COUNSEL: Fred was previously Vice President and General Counsel of Paciolan, a ticketing software company acquired by Ticketmaster and eventually sold to Comcast-Spectacor, a Comcast company. At Paciolan, Fred managed the legal affairs of Paciolan, which included inbound and outbound licensing transactions, venture capital and debt financings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, employment counseling and management of outside counsel. Fred negotiated commercial licensing agreements with professional sports teams in the NBA, NHL and MLB, as well as major national universities such as the University of Oregon, University of Alabama, University of Michigan, University of Notre Dame and Indiana University.. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Prior to Paciolan, Fred was the Chief Financial Officer and VP General Counsel of Bitfone Corporation, a wireless software provider acquired by Hewlett-Packard. Fred managed Bitfone’s financial, legal, administrative, human resources and information technology operations in California, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Japan and Korea. Fred negotiated and closed Bitfone’s merger with Digital Transit, Inc., its cross-border acquisition of Mobile Diagnostix and over $50M in venture capital financings, as well as commercial transactions with Motorola, Qualcomm, LG, Sony Ericsson and SK Telecom..
