Shakeba’s practice focuses on defending various healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and psychologists before their licensure boards as well as representing home health agencies and ambulette transportation providers before state agencies, such as the Ohio Department of Medicaid and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, relative to audits and certifications allowing state reimbursement. Ms. DuBose also advises clients on day-to-day matters such as regulatory compliance, HIPAA compliance, contracting, and employment relations..
