I joined The Eisen Law Firm in 2007. My practice is narrowly focused on cases of medical negligence and wrongful death. I help people (and their families) fight for justice and fair compensation when they have been harmed by a medical mistake. I always remain directly involved and immediately available to my clients every step of the way.. Throughout my career, I have successfully handled cases in trial courts and appellate courts across Ohio, and I have gained significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation. In addition, I am familiar with all types of medical injuries – e.g., birth injuries, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, broken bones, internal injuries, etc.. On a personal note, I was born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, and I still live there today. I am an avid sports fan, and I enjoy (if that's possible) following all of the Cleveland teams, as well as playing golf, basketball, and tennis. Most of all, I like spending time with my wife and two children.
