Mr. Hoen is the owner of Hampton Injury Law PLC. Following military service, he attended Roanoke College and went to law school at the University of Richmond. He then served as Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeals of Virginia. He has been a trial lawyer throughout his career, specializing in injury cases - including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises and product liability, dog bites, and worker’s compensation, among others.. Mr. Hoen is licensed to practice in all state courts of the Commonwealth and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
