Mr. Traulsen has successfully litigated numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases, including cases arising from car and truck crashes, bicycle and motorcycle crashes, boating and water skiing injuries, construction injuries, and dangerous road design. Much of his practice is devoted to representing clients injured in collisions involving semis and commercial trucks, as well as the victims of those who have engaged in intentionally reckless acts, such as drunk driving.. He is a past national chair of the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group and a frequent lecturer at their educational programs on Commercial Trucking Litigation.
