The civil litigation component of Mr. Wilhelmsen’s practice is premised upon carefully analyzing the merits of his clients’ claims or defenses early on so that a focused strategy can be developed to achieve a positive result. His real estate practice involves both litigation and transactions where he provides a full range of services in sale and lease transactions in both the commercial and residential represents owners, lenders, borrowers, developers, and real estate professionals in assisting with all their real estate needs. His practice areas include ownership disputes, title disputes, boundary disputes, foreclosures, construction disputes, partition actions and easements..
