While focusing on real estate, construction and securities disputes, Mr. Lonn also maintains a general commercial litigation practice which extends to all sorts of business disputes, including commercial torts, breaches of contract, and breaches of fiduciary duty, defamation, and shareholder derivative actions. He also counsels clients, and provides transactional legal counsel, on a wide variety of business and employment-related issues..
