Mr. Pantiliat’s experience includes representation of many seriously injured victims of negligence, malpractice and dangerous products. He is responsible for the successful litigation of a wrongful death case that yielded a settlement of more than $1.3 million for our client and a settlement of $2.7 million in a personal injury case. Mr. Pantiliat has over a decade’s experience in representing small to mid-size businesses as general counsel, helping clients in areas including formation, employment agreements and contracts, shareholder agreements, and buy/sell agreements.
