Richard Steven Fregin
Richard Fregin has twenty-seven years of experience in family law litigation including divorces, legal separations, paternity actions, establishment of custody, modification and enforcement of court orders, child support and orders of protection. He received two B.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (1985 and 1991, magna cum laude), and his J.D. degree (1994) from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Fregin is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Arizona Bar Association and is Vice President of the East Valley Bar Association.
