I am a Tucson, Arizona native (and married a native too). I am a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law, and I have been practicing for the past nineteen years in Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, and around the state. I served as an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona College of Law in 2018 and 2019 teaching Real Estate Finance.. I handle matters in the following areas in Tucson, Oro Valley, and Marana and statewide: tax lien foreclosure; foreclosure defense; mortgage workouts; deed of trust foreclosures; non-profit in-house counsel; small business in-house counsel; business formation and litigation; business buy/sell agreements; property buy/sell agreements; real estate litigation; trustee's sales; excess proceeds; real property litigation; insurance bad faith litigation; and general personal injury plaintiff cases..
