Hi, I’m Spencer. I am an Arizona Certified Family Law Specialist. I help people with some of the most difficult and emotional problems they face: family law problems.. Over the years I have helped hundreds of clients with their divorce or other family law matters in Arizona. Whether it is a high-value marital estate or a fight to secure parenting rights, I treat every case and every client with respect. I enjoy creating long-lasting professional relationships with my clients, and I am very proud that my legal practice is founded on client referrals.. My family law practice includes divorce, family law appeals, paternity matters, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, adult adoptions, name changes, post-decree enforcement or modification, legal separations, and annulments.. I am a member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing and am actively engaged in making the legal industry better for all in Arizona. I currently serve on the Technology Working Group on the State Bar. My main professional goal is to do what I can to leave every client better off than when I found them. My professional philosophy is to focus on what matters most in each case and to provide effective and efficient services and advice to my clients. My past clients appreciate this approach as it allowed them to achieve their primary goals while not spending thousands of dollars on frivolous or minor issues.
