But Ms. Chang wished to return to working more directly with her clients and opened her own firm. This gave her the opportunity to apply the large firm standards and skills to a small firm setting. Traditionally, small firm clients do not get the same attention to detail and thorough research that large firms provide. Ms. Chang’s philosophy is to utilize the large firm approach for her clients.. In addition to providing personal attention to her clients, Ms. Chang has earned a reputation for skillful and effective legal representation, always mindful of the practical solution.. Ms. Chang is fluent in three dialects of Chinese: Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese. Her practice areas include family law, civil litigation, probate law, wills & trusts and corporate advisement & transactions.
