Jessica Damoth graduated from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2003, and was then admitted into the Florida Bar in 2004.. In 2007, she opened her own criminal law practice so she could begin fighting for her clients’ rights.  Her practice is heavily focused on criminal traffic cases like Driving Under the Influence and Reckless Driving.  She is always eager to keep learning about the criminal process and was very curious as to how the prosecution side of the criminal justice system worked.  To learn more about the prosecutorial side, she became an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which allowed her to gain great insight and trial experience working as a prosecutor..
