His previous experiences at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG as a CPA/Auditor complements his strong business and financial acumen. Ashar also externed with the Honorable John T. Noonan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Honorable John E. Munter of the San Francisco Superior Court, and with Office of the Attorney General for the California Department of Justice.
