I focus my practice in the area of landlord-tenant law representing landlords and property management companies.I handle both commercial and residential evictions and the accompanying damage claims for my clients throughout the state.  I also handle litigation dealing with lead-based paint issues, bed bugs, Fair Housing (discrimination) claims, building code orders, public nuisance lawsuits, building code orders, and the defense of Wisconsin Administrative Code - ATCP 134 violations and investigations..
