After completing a degree in Agriculture and a short career working as an agronomist, he decided that his future was headed in a different direction. He then applied for and accepted an offer from Gonzaga University School of Law.. Heath is married to his lovely wife Jennifer, a local chiropractor and together they own a small horse ranch in Post Falls. In his free time Heath loves traveling with his wife and seeing new places, especially national and state parks around the country. He is also an avid sportsman and can often be found far back in the mountains chasing elk..
