In addition, I have been practicing Probate law for over 40 years. In this area, I advise clients about the distribution of assets that may be needed when a family member has passed. When a Probate is needed, I explain the process in the court and guide the client with regard to the decisions that have to be made.. Aside from the law, I have always been interested in sports, especially basketball and tennis. I played Division I basketball for the University of Rhode Island. Later I took up tennis and helped coach my son who played number 1 at Columbia and played professional tennis for several years around the globe.. I also enjoy reading historical non-fiction and have completed books on John Adams, Roosevelt/Taft and Napoleon.. I work with my wife Brenda who handles the marketing for my law firm.
