She delivers counseling, risk management, and tort defense services to the hospitality and retail, construction, insurance, and health care industries. She also maintains an active trusts and estates practice.. Mackenzie grew up with a birdseye view of the legal system, watching her father, a part-time town justice, arraign cases from their home. When Mackenzie represents you, you will feel the difference. She does so with impeccable skill, intellect, and confidence. She is not simply present but is a presence. Whether it is on a worksite, at the negotiation table, or in the courtroom, Mackenzie is a tough negotiator, relatable communicator, and a staunch client advocate.
I have been practicing Stockbroker and Personal Injury Law for 32 years. If you've lost money through the unsuitable, unauthorized, or fraudulent trading activities of your stockbroker, we can help you determine if it's possible to get your money back.. In addition, we provide legal representation in FINRA arbitration proceedings to pursue your claim and hopefully collect the money that's rightfully yours. Please contact us for any additional information you might need.. My approach to representing victimized investors and personal injury victims includes using the resources of nationally-recognized expert witnesses and professionals to analyze and calculate trading losses, medical damages, personal injury related disabilities and monetary damages, as well as the utilization of legal, professional, and industry standards.
