I started my law career in California working for the District Attorney's Office.  However, a chance meeting with a state's attorney from the Attorney General's Office changed my life.  I took a job with the New Mexico Attorney General's Office in their Consumer Protection Division.  As an Assistant Attorney General, I investigated hundreds of consumer complaints, and helped scores of consumers.  I prosecuted car dealers and other unscrupulous businesses for unfair and deceptive business practices, and much more.. After several years with the Attorney General's Office, I started my own practice. I represent consumers and small business owners in Ch. 7  bankruptcy.
