Although his practice is focused on estate planning, probate, and guardianship law, Hans previously advised clients on business, real estate, and other commercial transactions; tried criminal cases in state and federal court; and successfully argued cases in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.. He and his spouse, a certified nurse midwife, have two school-aged children. Hans enjoys jazz and classical music, movies, and spending time outdoors year-round, especially cycling on and off road, skiing, hiking, and camping.
