Benjamin Gifford is a trial tested attorney with significant experience. Prior to serving the people of Amarillo, Texas at the Potter County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Gifford served as a Federal Prosecutor in the Eastern District of Oklahoma where he prosecuted myriad cases related to Indian Law under the Major Crimes Act.
