His experience includes class actions and cases involving workers compensation trusts, intellectual property, defamation, product liability and personal injury.. Mr. Tyrpak, an Amherst native, attended Fordham University and obtained his BA in International Political Economy in 2010. Linda Lalli Stark concentrates her practice in Litigation and Appellate Practice. She has extensive experience in the public sector having served as a principal law clerk to both a trial justice and an appellate justice and was an appellate pool clerk as well. Additionally, she served as a court attorney, matrimonial referee, an Assistant District Attorney, and a Special Assistant Attorney General.
