Daniel L. Draisen is a native of South Carolina, born in Greenville, SC, in 1972. He received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 1994 and obtained his law degree from the University of Tulsa in 1997.. Mr. Draisen authored "The Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Their Relationship to Legal Malpractice Actions: A Practical Approach to the use of the Rules" for the Journal of the Legal Professional. He is a member of the Anderson County, Tulsa County and American Bar Associations as well as the American Association for Justice, South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.  He is also elected to the SC Bar House of Delegates and is the Regional Chair and the 10th Circuit Chair for the SC Bar Resolution of Fee Disputes Board.  Mr. Draisen serves on the Practice and Procedures Committee and the Ethics Advisory Committee of the South Carolina Bar..
