Wyon was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upon graduating from Law School he accepted a commission in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a member of the Judge Advocate General Corp. Wyon worked with the Internal Revenue Service for 10 years as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney, Classifier, District Conferee, Reviewer and Assistant Officer Manager for the Milwaukee Estate and Gift Tax Group. He joined Remley & Sensenbrenner in 1982 and became a shareholder in 1986.. Wyon is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin.. Wyon and his wife, Mary Jo, reside in Neenah and have 3 children.

Matt grew up in the Fox Valley/Green Bay areas. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law while also receiving the Transactional Law Practice Certificate. During his college career, Matt had a wide variety of internships, all with a common aspect – research and writing. These opportunities have helped to develop his transactional legal skills. Prior to joining Remley & Sensenbrenner, he worked for a firm specializing in estate and tax planning for high income wealth individuals. He is coauthor of, “Tax Planning Opportunities After the American Taxpayer Relief Act: Tools, Tips, and Tactics.” He continues to develop his practice with an emphasis in Estate Planning and Tax.. Matt currently resides in Menasha. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, hunting, fishing, and camping.

I was born and raised in a small town on the northeast edge of Brown County, Wisconsin. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.  In addition, I also spent a semester as a visiting Student at Marquette University of Law. While in law school, I served as Assistant Editor for the William Mitchell Law Review.  Prior to relocating to the Fox Valley Area, I was a sole practitioner in Hartland, Wisconsin.  I joined Remley & Sensenbrenner in October 2017 and continue to develop my practice with an emphasis in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Business Law.. My husband Josh, and I, along with our two cats, Hawkin and Mirri, are happy to call the Fox Cities home.  In my free time I enjoy biking, cheering on the Packers, and playing board and card games with family and friends.

Edward F. (Foss) Hooper practices comprehensive Estate Planning with an emphasis on techniques that minimize estate taxes for the current generation and that eliminate them for future generations. Mr. Hooper received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. After graduation, Mr. Hooper served as a Captain in the United States Army and was a Senior Systems Engineer for IBM. He attended Marquette University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude. Attorney Hooper received the George L. Laikin Award in estate planning, the Joseph I. Swietlik Award in taxation, and the Law Alumni Award for having the highest academic average in his class.. Attorney Hooper is the fourth generation of his family to be a member of the Wisconsin State Bar. He founded Hooper Law Offices as a practice dedicated to estate and wealth transfer planning, with emphasis on dynasty trusts and multigenerational planning. Foss believes in comprehensive, macro planning that combines multiple techniques to form a complete and understandable family plan that addresses the needs of both current and future generations. He also believes in the team approach to estate planning, combining members of the accounting, financial planning, insurance, and estate planning professions into a team of family advisors. Foss believes one of the most important contributions he makes when he develops and implements an estate plan is educating everyone involved. The estate plan will be successful only if everyone on the team, both family members and professional advisors, understands how it works and how it is interrelated to the family’s goals.. Foss and his wife, Mary, have a daughter, Beth, who works as a planning director in Chicago and a son, Ted, who is a CPA in Phoenix.

Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. After college graduation, served two years as U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer (1958 -1960). He returned to University of Wisconsin Law School and was a teaching assistant in the Business School until graduating from Law School in 1962. After law school worked in the Milwaukee office of Arthur Andersen & Co. before joining Remley & Sensenbrenner in 1964.. James has been selected for inclusion in the The Best Lawyers in America for Trusts and Estates annual publications since 1995.. James and his wife, Gail, reside in Neenah and have six children.
