Mr. Bell is designated as a Certified Association Executive by the American Society for Association Executives, and he has served as President of the American Society for Pharmacy Law. He is a member of the DC, Maryland and Virginia bars and has been admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court and dozens of other federal courts. Mr. Bell came to NACDS after working with Proskauer Rose LLP, a large New York-based law firm where he practiced health care litigation.
