Shaina Zuppke is a resident of Southwest Florida, with an impressive work history. She was born and raised in the small town of Waconia, Minnesota. She graduated from high school in 2000 and later moved to San Diego, California where she attended San Diego State University. There she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Minor in Spanish Language. Throughout her studies, she also worked for the university newspaper, The Daily Aztec where she began as a front desk assistant and advanced to operational manager.  Additionally, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Madrid, Spain where she learned Spanish and traveled to throughout Europe.. After graduating, Shaina pursued a career in the financial industry. She worked for several corporate companies including GMC-RFC Homecomings Financial as an account manager and Wells Fargo as a banker. However, it was her time as a financial counselor at Auriton Solutions that led her to the legal field. She recognized the importance of compassion in overcoming adversity, to find a solution to their financial burdens and strengthen their economic success.. In 2009, Shaina moved to Florida to attend Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida where she diligently studied and actively participated in several student organizations. She represented her school as a Co-Law Student Governors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar Association for all three years of law school. Additionally, she served in leadership roles for the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and as the student representative for the 2011-2012 Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity Conference.  Shaina also was a student volunteer for the Collier County Bar Association Pro Bono Clinic, Legal Aid Services of Collier County and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.. Shaina interned for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in the summer of 2010 and completed a Certified Legal Externship through the Guardian Ad Litem Program in Collier County in 2011-2012. She also participated into the Mediation Clinic and became a Certified Small Claims Court Mediator.  Shaina graduated and received her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria in May of 2012.. After graduation, Shaina was employed as an Assistant Attorney for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel from 2012-2017. She gained valuable insight as a defense attorney through practicing in multiple counties and in front of numerous 20th Circuit Judges and Magistrates. She successfully managed a high case load, while developing positive relationships in the courtroom and attending to the individual needs of her clients. She practiced in the following areas: Dependency, Guardianship, Marchman, Juvenile Delinquency, Criminal, and Specialty Criminal Courts.. In 2017, Shaina and Maria Berrette started the firm Berrette & Zuppke Attorneys at Law, LLC.  In 2018, Maria Berrette left the firm to pursue work in the Federal Government and Shaina started Shaina Zuppke Attorneys at Law, LLC.. Shaina is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Association for Women Lawyers.  Family is the most important aspect to her legal career.  Her husband and young daughter give her the inspiration and support for her dedication to the legal profession.

Luis E. Insignares brings more than 25 years of legal experience to each case and client. He is a BOARD CERTIFIED MARITAL AND FAMILY LAWYER by the Florida Bar and he is a BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY TRIAL LAWYER by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a Certified Family Mediator and a Certified Appellate Mediator.Luis was a member of the Executive Council of the Family Section of the Florida Bar. He served in the section in various capacities. Currently,was  co-chair of the CLE Committee, past editor of its Commentator (2009-2015), the official publication of the Family Law Section, and is a member of the Amicus Curiae Committee. His latest contribution to the Amicus Curiae Committee was on behalf of the Family Law Section by co-authoring the Section’s brief In Re: Matter of Adoption of: X.X.G and N.R.G., which ultimately led to Adoption Equality throughout the State of Florida. He is also a past member of the Legislation Committee.He is a past member of the 20th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, serving as chairman in 1996. He served on the board of the Governor's Young Lawyer's Division. Currently he served as a trustee for the S.W. Florida Food and Winefest to benefit the Golisano's Childrens Hospital at Lee Memorial  Hospital and is a Board Member of Hope Hospice. Luis is a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and has served on the board of the Harry Chapin Food Bank, and the board of the Lee County Legal Aid Society , Hope Hospice and currently srves on the Board of Advisors for Gulfshore Business Magazine and as a current Board Member of the Heights Foundation.

I have dedicated my practice to assisting families going through a divorce or separation or resolving custody issues.  I am Board Certified in Marital and Family law .   I handle every aspect of a divorce, whether it be developing a parenting plan, assisting in valuing and dividing a closely held business, distributing a pension or retirement benefit, or dividing a home.  In addition,  I strive to resolve all issues involving alimony and child support. In addition, I handle paternity cases to assist in the development of an appropriate parenting plan.

Antoinette, or Toni, Peck is an experienced trial court litigator. A strong legal analyst, Ms. Peck carefully evaluates all cases to find individualized resolutions to each client’s unique case.. She prides herself on keeping her clients well informed, and maintains the integrity to give a prospective client an honest assessment to the strengths and weaknesses of their case, providing them with a low-cost or free alternative to litigation if available.

Andrew is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a member of the State Bar of Florida and State Bar of Michigan.  While an undergraduate Andrew worked in the Washington, D.C. offices of U.S. Senator Spencer Abraham and later studied Comparative Democracy at the University of London and University of Edinburgh.  During law school Andrew was employed by the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan overseeing their Lansing branch office.  He was an oralist for MSU Law’s Willem C. Vis Moot Commercial Arbitration team and competed in the world championship competition in Vienna, Austria.  While studying for the Bar Exam Andrew was a law clerk for the AV-rated personal injury firm Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton & McIntyre, P.C.  Andrew moved to Lee County in 2007 and began as an Associate with the criminal defense firm  Aiken, O’Halloran & Associates.  In 2012 Andrew was elevated to partner in the newly-styled Aiken, O’Halloran & Banyai.  In 2016 Andrew was elected president of the Lee County Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and was reelected to a second consecutive term in 2017.  Andrew was named Executive Director of the Lee County Legal Aid Society, Inc. in 2018.

After serving four years in the Navy JAG Corps in Norfolk, VA, I decided to open up Roy W. Foxall, P.A. in Fort Myers, Florida, in 1995. My law practice focuses on complex courtroom-based cases such as divorce and civil litigation. In the past few years, Ft. Myers has seen a dramatic increase in foreclosure suits with homeowners facing potential judgments of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
