He then went on to practice law with one of the largest insurance defense firms in the Southeast. His practice focused on trucking and automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, general negligence, wrongful death, commercial litigation and medical malpractice litigation. He practiced there for over five years before he joined with Michael to form Howell & Johnson, LLC.Evan’s practice is now focused on representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Evan has repeatedly been named a Georgia Rising Star® and one of Georgia’s best attorneys under the age of 40 by Atlanta Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine, an honor bestowed on less than 2.5% of all practicing attorneys in Georgia.
