While I participate in some personal injury cases, my main job is consulting with and helping people with consumer debt.. A big part of the job is counseling people who might otherwise panic and file Chapter 13 bankruptcy to stop a threatened foreclosure.  Very often that foreclosure does not happen, and the customer's decision not to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy turns out to be wise.. Totally different would be the situation where a worker has been garnished for several months and cannot find an attorney to file Chapter 7 without full advance payment of attorneys fees.  If I trust that worker and can look that worker in the eye, I will file that case and stop the garnishment and wait several months to be paid.. Sometimes we can sue the garnishing creditor and recover some garnished funds.. Guy Gupton

Results. Our job is to identify your issue and deliver a solution. What sets us apart from other law firms is our track record. A boutique civil rights practice, our Atlanta First Amendment lawyers developed our expertise over years of helping restaurants, nightclubs and other businesses reach their goals. We also lend our skills to individuals facing discrimination. Using experience, intelligence and pragmatism, we get excellent results for our clients.. Efficiency. Clients want quick answers. So we have pioneered a billing format that rewards speedy results, not protracted litigation. By offering “value billing” rather than hourly billing, we customize fee arrangements to fit client expectations. We also offer flat fees. Our performance-based fee structures and state-of-the-art research and case-management systems help us solve matters efficiently.. Dedication. In our mission statement we put the client first. This is why messages received during business hours are answered before the sun sets. E-mails are promptly returned. And clients are updated with phone calls and detailed summaries — not hourly bills. It is the dedication of our Atlanta First Amendment attorneys that makes delivering superb service come naturally.. My passion for representing the underdog has lead us to broaden our practice niche slightly: For the past several years, in addition to representing businesses, we have represented individuals who have suffered civil rights violations. The cases are hard. But that aspect only makes winning (i.e., achieving client satisfaction) that much more meaningful.. Thank you for visiting this Web site.
