Mike has served both as an advocate and an arbitrator on numerous disputes before the American Arbitration Association and has tried many judge and jury trials to a verdict in both state and federal courts. Evan was born and raised in Atlanta. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Evan attended Emory University School of Law. He then went on to practice law with one of the largest insurance defense firms in the Southeast. His practice focused on trucking and automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, general negligence, wrongful death, commercial litigation and medical malpractice litigation. He practiced there for over five years before he joined with Michael to form Howell & Johnson, LLC.Evan’s practice is now focused on representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others.
