Ms. Miller grew up in Northern California. Her educational pursuits have taken her out of the area, however she has returned to Sacramento to settle into her law practice. Ms. Miller attended Colorado State University on a debate scholarship, graduating with a Bachelor of Art degree in political science. Returning to California to attend law school, she graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.
