Working out agreements that are fair and equitable and in the best interest of your children, if applicable, is always the best option and makes this process much more bearable for you. However, if we need to go to court then so be it and we will do it together!. I began working in family law in 1998 for another attorney in King County. In 2003, I opened my own law office.
