Dan began his career at a major Dallas firm in 1974, and moved to Austin in 1982. His almost 40 years of practice have been largely focused on representing business entities, entrepreneurs, and investors in a wide array of corporate and business transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions and equity and debt financing transactions. His experience spans several business sectors, both public and private, and includes serving as general counsel of an Austin-based telecommunications company that developed markets in Mexico and Central America.
