William is a fourth generation Texan who has lived in the Georgetown/Austin area for over 32 years.  He primarily practices criminal, family, and estate planning, probate, in Williamson and Travis counties. William Russell graduated from St. Mary’s University with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and a Masters in Business Associations.
