My family moved to the small town of Round Top, Texas, when I was 11 years old, and I grew up in our family's cafe, working from that time on. I learned from my family the value of customer service, hard work, and the value of relationships. In deciding to pursue a career as an attorney, those have all served me very well.. I attended the University of Texas for both undergrad and law school, and have been a resident of Austin since 1998. I originally pursued a legal career in mergers and acquisitions and corporate work, but quickly realized it was not best for me. I was fortunate to find a great mentor with Tim Whitten, and began practicing with Brad Coldwell and Charlie Bowes in 2010.  I have learned a great deal with both Charlie and Brad, and was made partner in early 2016..
