Stephen Owen Summer has been practicing law in Austin and surrounding areas for over 15 years. Stephen took a nontraditional route to becoming a lawyer, first carving out a career as a highly regarded jazz musician before returning to school.  In a 10 year span, Stephen earned three degrees, including a law degree from South Texas College of Law. In addition, Stephen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences, and received a Masters of Music graduate degree from the University of Texas.  This unique and diverse background allows Stephen to approach law with a creative and fresh perspective.  Stephen still preforms regularly in addition to teaching a music Business class at Texas State and presenting a course on intellectual property for UT / City of Austin.

Gary is a practicing trial lawyer in Austin, Texas. Gary earned a Bachelor of Arts from Schreiner University in 1989, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1992. Upon admission to the State Bar of Texas, Gary served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas from 1993 to 1995. Subsequently, Gary worked as an Associate Attorney with Flahive, Ogden, & Latson, P.C., the preeminent workers’ compensation insurance defense firm in the State of Texas. During Gary's tenure with Flahive, Ogden, & Latson, P.C., Gary defended hundreds of workers’ compensation claims throughout the State of Texas.In 1997, Gary joined Paul Schorn in forming the law firm of Rodriguez & Schorn, P.C. For five years, Rodriguez & Schorn, P.C. represented employees in connection with all phases of workers’ compensation claims. The firm also represented employees of non-subscribers and provided representation for claims of workers’ compensation retaliation; discrimination based on race, sex, national origin, age, religion, and disability; and violations of the Texas Whistle Blowers Act.. In 2002, Gary and Allen Craddock formed Rodriguez & Craddock, P.C.  For almost nine years the firm provided zelous representation to injured employees in the Austin San Antonio area.Currently, The Law Office of Gary L. Gary is also a licensed vocational nurse, and his other professional associations include membership in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association.  Additionally, Gary is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College.  In addition, Gary was a speaker at the Advanced Workers’ Compensation Seminar sponsored by the Texas State Bar, and his topic was Workers’ Compensation Death Benefits and Wrongful Death Claims.
