Trial Attorney.  I am a partner in the law firm of Clark & Clark, which is a general civil litigation firm. My partner is my husband, Bruce Clark.  I have handled more than a 500 civil litigation matters in my career.  Throughout my career, my practice has focused on business and tort litigation encompassing a a wide range of litigation matters including construction, products liability, auto/trucking, commercial lease disputes, general business disputes, fraud, DTPA, lender liability and real estate litigation.

I was born and raised in Odessa, Texas and  graduated from Permian high School in 1978. I  then attended the University of Texas at Austin where I received my BBA in Petroleum Land Management in 1983. Following undergraduate school I attended the University of Texas Law School, graduating in 1986. After law school I went on active duty with the United States Marine Corps where I served as a Judge Advocate General. It was in United States Marine Corps that I developed my love for the courtroom and my desire to be a trial lawyer.. After being honorably discharged from the Marines in 1990, I returned to Austin and began work at the firm of Ford & Ferraro (currently Fritz, Byrne, Head and Harrison). There, I represented insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of cases, primarily personal injuries. In 1996, I left the law firm and became a solo practitioner representing individuals (plaintiffs) against insurance companies and their insureds. I have been a plaintiffs’ attorney for the past 25 years.. During my now 25+ year practice as a plaintiff’s attorney, I have represented clients in matters involving injuries and death caused by car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, shoddy construction, boating accidents, dog bites and host of other causes. I have also successfully represented clients in employment disputes, contract disputes, deceptive trade practice cases and real estate disputes.. My philosophy for handling plaintiff’s cases is simple and straightforward: every client who I have the privilege of representing is entitled to first rate representation and personalized service. Clients are entitled to have their day in court to see that justice is done.

I specialize in representing personal injury and wrongful death victims in plaintiff's cases. I have practiced in Austin, TX for over 25 years and work in State and Federal Court. I also handle insurance claims where you as an insured submit a claim for benefits for homeowner's , medical, auto., disability coverage and your claim is wrongfully denied or delayed. Over my years of practice I have represented hundreds of clients and treat them with the respect and courtesy they deserve after a tragic incident has happened to them or a family member.

Clark Aspy is licensed in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has tried and handles cases in the areas of personal injury/negligence, products liability, condemnation and eminent domain, construction disputes, DTPA/business claims, employment discrimination, and real estate litigation in various courts around the state. His clients include small and large businesses, individuals, insurance companies, and public utilities. Mr. Aspy is also active in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both as a participant and a facilitator. He has completed the 40 hour basic training course for certification as a mediator and the “Redress” training required for U.S.P.S. mediations. He is an approved arbitrator for the Western District of Texas and has served as a mediator in hundreds of cases.
