Zachary Dworken is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he received his bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics. He obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. Mr. Dworken joined the firm in September of 2015, specializing in Workers’ Compensation Law.  He resides in New York City.

Shane Farrell began working for MDASR, LLP in 2006 as a summer intern and has been with the firm for the past 11 years. Shane attended Eckerd College where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Literature. Upon finishing his undergraduate degree in  2012 he became a Claims Examiner assisting injured workers in their claims for Worker’s Compensation benefits.  It was this early exposure to assisting disabled workers that inspired Shane to attend Touro Law School. He was active in various student programs which cumulated in serving as the Student Bar Association Evening Vice President during the third year of his law school tenure.

Richard Donohue is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hofstra University and received his Law degree from the Hofstra University School of Law. He has practiced in estate planning, administration and litigation including corporate planning and commercial litigation. He participated in an extensive insurance litigation project. He has also practiced real estate law and has practiced before the District, Supreme, Surrogate, and Family Courts of New York, in criminal, custodial and estate matters. Since early 1997, he has devoted his efforts to representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board. He joined the Firm in 1999, becoming Partner in 2004, and has continued to advocate on behalf of claimants before the Board at both the trial and appeal levels. He has spoken on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security issues before several union and professional organizations.

Oksana joined McIntyre, Donohoue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan firm as an Associate Attorney in August of 2018, focusing her practice on Worker's Compensation.

Mr. Accardi is a graduate of Hofstra University and obtained his law degree from Ohio Northern University. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. After a period of general practice primarily in the fields of trusts & estates, family law and criminal law, he entered into the practice of Workers’ Compensation law wherein he represented both claimants and carriers for six years before joining the firm in the year 2000. In 2004, he became a partner.. Due to his varied experience, he has handled every element of Workers’ Compensation claims from the initial interview of clients through preparation for Appellate Division presentation. Mr. Accardi has, and continues to, negotiate numerous resolutions with optimal results.

Allison Curley is a 2009 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. With a background in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice, Allison made the transition to Workers’ Compensation Law in 2011. She joined our firm in March of 2014 and is relentless in her pursuit to protect the rights of injured workers.
