Erin was born in Olympia, WA and attended The Evergreen State College for her undergraduate degree. She moved to Portland in 1998 and earned her MBA at Portland State University and her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School.. Erin is primarily a probate and probate litigation attorney. She also helps client with estate planning, appeals, and legal malpractice. Additionally, she helps clients collect money awards of all kinds, including spousal and child support. Erin has a calm demeanor with clients and is able to counsel and help her clients work through difficult situations.. Erin has tried many cases in front of both judges and juries and has hundreds of court appearances under her belt. Bronson James is a Portland native who received his bachelors degree from Reed College, and his J.D. cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School. From 2005-2010 he served as Chief Deputy Defender for the Oregon Office of Public Defense Services Appellate Division. He has represented hundreds of persons before the Oregon Court of Appeals or the Oregon Supreme Court. He is a leading practitioner in the area of parole and probation law, and has served on the Governor's Advisory Group to the Oregon Board of Parole, as well as testified numerous times on parole legislation before the Oregon House and Senate. He currently serves on the Oregon Disciplinary Board, and is a past member of the Oregon Criminal Jury Instruction Committee, and past editor of the Journal of Computer and Internet Litigation published by the American Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on criminal appellate matters.

Alicia was born and raised in Hillsboro Oregon along with her 12 brothers and sisters. Half of Alicia’s siblings came to America as refugees and have since been able to petition for their siblings and parents to join them in the US. Family gatherings at the Vial homestead are very exciting with over 70 family members, representing 3 different nationalities and speaking 8 languages.. Alicia and her husband raise their four children on their farm, along with approx. 15 head of cattle, 5 horses, and a multitude of sheep and chickens.. In 2002-2003, Alicia spent a year and a half in the Indian Ocean learning French on the Islands of Mauritius and La Reunion. Upon returning she continued her studies in anthropology at BYU-Hawaii, where she decided to learn Spanish. Alicia then completed her senior ethnography project in Momostenango Guatemala. She continues to visit as often as possible to spend time with the family who took her in while there as a young student. Alicia completed her Law Degree at BYU Law in Utah and spent as much time as possible during law school traveling and volunteering doing non-profit work. Alicia runs a non-profit which supports sustainable humanitarian businesses in various countries in Africa.. Alicia loves the complexity and happy endings she gets to play a part in with immigration law. Alicia is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Associates (AILA).
