Anita is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has practiced Family Law for more than 20 years. She graduated from the University of Houston in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration. In 1993 she received her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Texas Super Lawyer, Texas Monthly Magazine and Top Attorney, Family Law, Fort Worth, Texas Magazine. She is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars for lawyers in Family Law and is active in the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Women Bar Association various bar associations and is a member of other local bar association.

A native of Laconia, Tim began his legal career as a litigator and trial attorney with a wide range of experience in federal and state court as well as arbitration.  Tim has successfully litigated and tried complex commercial, probate, land use and other civil cases.  Tim also has experience in cases involving potential criminal exposure.  In addition to his courtroom experience, Tim has advised companies on all manner of issues from transactional to compliance to risk management.. Tim earned his B.A. in Russian language from The College of the Holy Cross in 2000, and he graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009.  In between, Tim served for 6 years in the United States Marine Corps and later worked in Sarajevo as a prosecution intern at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in its war crimes section.
