Dan Farino is a partner in Archer & Greiner's Environmental Law practice group, where he concentrates his practice on complex environmental matters, and has a wealth of experience in the defense of natural resource damage, toxic tort, product liability, property damage, and personal injury claims. Dan participates in the defense of statutory and common law claims involving state and federal laws in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and beyond, and has significant experience in multidistrict litigation. Dan has particular experience in preparing key fact and expert witnesses for deposition, as well as deposing fact and expert witnesses in an array of subject matters, including those involving soil and groundwater contamination from underground storage tanks and surface spills. Dan also has significant regulatory law experience, and regularly assists and advises clients in navigating New Jersey's complex SRRA, TRSR, and ISRA regulations and obligations. As a member of Archer Discovery Strategies, Dan maintains in depth knowledge of e-discovery trends and obligations, and frequently oversees the collection, review, and production of paper documents and electronically stored information in state, federal, and multidistrict litigations. Dan is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Environmental Section, the vice-chair of Medford's Environmental Affairs Advisory Committee, and is active in the Burlington County Bar Association's Young Lawyer Committee. Dan graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers School of Law in 2007, where he received the Burlington County Bar Association’s Jan M. Schlesinger Scholarship Award. Prior to that, Dan majored in Finance and minored in Management Information Systems at Villanova University, where he also served as captain of Villanova’s Division I baseball team.

Carlos Bollar is a partner at Archer & Greiner’s Haddonfield office.  Mr. Bollar concentrates his practice on toxic torts, class actions, product liability matters and other complex disputes.  Mr. Bollar is adept at handling toxic tort matters in all of the contexts in which they arise, including: single plaintiff cases, mass actions involving hundreds of plaintiffs and class actions.. Mr. Bollar has litigated cases involving alleged groundwater, air and soil contamination, as well as vapor intrusion. Mr. Bollar has tried numerous contested matters in federal and state courts and has experience in all aspects of pre-trial and trial work.Mr. Bollar’s cases typically involve claims for personal injury, medical monitoring, property damage and natural resource damages. Mr. Bollar routinely handles claims involving exposure to benzene, MTBE, chlorinated compounds and numerous other hazardous substances. Mr. Bollar also has experience in environmental insurance cases, representing policyholders in their efforts to obtain coverage against insurers for environmental claims. Mr. Bollar regularly counsels clients in state and federal regulatory matters and represents those clients in administrative hearings.
