Joe is an Illinois native. Born in Chicago and growing up in Naperville he quickly developed a love of the Midwest. Joe stayed in Illinois when he attended Monmouth College. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, and immediately enrolled in law school. Joe attended DePaul University College of Law, in Chicago, Illinois, where in addition to his rigorous course load he participated in professional intern and externships, including having worked at: the Kane County State's Attorney's Office, Trustmark Companies Insurance General Counsel's Office, and American Medical Association's General Counsel's Office.. Jim Rolshouse has been in private legal practice helping clients and victims with their claims and issues since 1983. Attorney Rolshouse was admitted to practice law in Nevada, Arizona, Illinois and Minnesota. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983. As a medic in the U.S. Army, and then as a civilian paramedic, Attorney Rolshouse spent 12 years in the field aiding the sick and injured.
