He returned to Pennsylvania and passed the bar exam on his first try and was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. After serving under President Judge Thomas C. Raup as a judicial clerk for one year, he began his private practice in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense by winning his first jury trial.. Since that time he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and criminal defense matters including automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, consumer protection; DUI, drug charges, and other criminal cases in more than twenty-five (25) counties throughout central and eastern PA..
