Charles Bauer, a native of Moscow, Idaho, graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1979, and has received the “AV” rating, issued by the Martingale-Hubbell/LexisNexis Legal Directory, the highest rating an attorney can receive. Attorney Thalia Radey is an experienced attorney practicing law in Idaho. She earned her J.D. at Concordia University of Law in Boise, Idaho. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with concentrations in Social Change and Development with a Law and Justice Emphasis; Political Science; and History from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  Thalia and her husband, TJ, moved to Boise in 2013.  Thalia is an avid sports fan and loves the Green Bay Packers and BSU Broncos.

Alex joined Duke Scanlan & Hall as an associate attorney in March 2018, and practices mainly in medical malpractice & other professional liability defense, insurance defense, and employment law. Alex grew up in the Denver, Colorado area. As an undergraduate, he worked as a legal assistant in firms whose practice areas include divorce & custody, evictions, debt collection, fair housing defense, and criminal defense. As a law student, Alex participated in national competitions as a member of the Moot Court Bar and spent a year working as a law clerk in the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office where he assisted in prosecuting homicide, internet crimes against children, drug crimes, insurance fraud, and public corruption cases.
