Kelby Monks began his successful legal career shortly after earning his juris doctorate. Just before he joined the team of personal injury attorneys at The Idaho Advocates, he proudly finished his degree at the University of Idaho College of Law.. Prior to graduation, Kelby worked as an intern for the Idaho Supreme Court. The internship allowed him to work directly with the Honorable Justice Robin Brody, where he explored the ins and outs of the state’s supreme court. He practiced scripting bench memorandums and drafted original copies of opinion statements. Kelby also spent time in law school working as a law clerk at a local firm. He had the opportunity to handle several types of cases, mostly involving personal injury and medical malpractice, which helped him gain valuable legal insight.. Born and raised in Treasure Valley, Kelby has started a family of his own with his wife, their child, and a soon-to-be-expecting baby. He loves spending time with his family, as it reminds him of his own childhood. And while he serves the role as a family man, he’s equally as passionate about being involved with Idaho’s legislative community. His passion for practicing law and ensuring that the law is served in a just manner is exactly what drives him to be a successful attorney at The Advocates.

I started my career as a Disability Representative long before law school. I began first as a non-attorney claimants' representative and helped with well over 1,000 successful claims throughout the western states before I ever earned my law degree and started practicing as an attorney. Once I was able to open my own office and function fully as an attorney representative, I chose to remain in a small office so that I could work directly with my own clients. It is important to me that the people I represent know that I am aware of them and directly involved in their claim for assistance. I have stayed dedicated to the disability appeals process. I help with Social Security disability claims as well as claims for Compensation and Pension through the Veterans Administration.

I have been an attorney since 1980, first in Michigan and now in Idaho.  I have a ton of experience in a variety areas of law.  In my early career I worked as in-house counsel for a number of companiess, concentrating on contracts and general business issues.  Now I work on helping clients work through the legal issues that face them, whether it is a divorce with children or drating a pre-nuptial agreement because both parties to the marriage have children and assets of their own.. I understand what my client wants to achieve and do my best to achieve those goals in a cost-effective manner.  Unfortunately, the other side is not always cooperative.

Evan graduated from Boise State University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho School of Law in 2015. While attending law school, Evan’s studies included an emphasis on Business Law and Entrepreneurship. He was a member of the Law School Dean’s List for all three years.. Coming out of law school, Evan was a partner/co-owner at Mortimer, Thomas PLLC in Boise, Idaho. His law firm handled a wide variety of legal matters, including clients requiring representation with personal injury, family law, administrative appeals, misdemeanor criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, business transactions, and civil litigation cases.. Currently, Evan is a shareholder of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers based in Boise, Idaho. Evan has successfully settled and litigated hundreds of personal injury cases of all specialties: auto accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and catastrophic and serious injury accidents.. Evan is a member of the Idaho State Bar, as well as the United States District Court and Bankruptcy court, District of Idaho. He is a board member and shareholder of Comfort Construction, Inc. in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In his spare time, Evan enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and camping.

David Kracke is a Partner at the Law Offices of Hardee, Piñol & Kracke, PLLC, and practices primarily in the areas of family law and criminal defense.. David is originally from Lewiston, Idaho before matriculating at the University of Idaho receiving an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in child development. It was during this time that David found his passion in helping children and families in any way that he could. After graduating from the University of Idaho, David worked at Lewiston, Idaho Juvenile Corrections Center as a Rehabilitation Technician assisting in the rehabilitation of youths that were involved in crimes of violence or substance abuse.. David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho Law School in 2016. While matriculating at the University of Idaho, David emphasized learning the litigation process and strategy and was the president of the mock trial team and a member of the Evidentiary Appellate Advocacy team. It was during this time that David was able to acquire a vast amount of skills needed to be an excellent litigator competing in competitions in Seattle, Washington and Brooklyn, New York.

Andrew is an attorney dedicated to the vigorous advocacy of his client's interests. In the areas of Criminal Defense and Family Law, I am passionate about advocating for the little guy who might otherwise get run over by an unfair and unwieldy judicial system. Unfortunately our system of law has become so complex that it is unwise to go it alone. Together, we can fight tooth and nail to achieve a fair result.. In his spare time, Andrew is an avid snowboarder and fan of Tottenham Hotspur, a soccer club in the English Premier League.
