While attending the College of Law, Sean was awarded for writing one of two best briefs in the 2019 annual McNichols Moot Court Competition, received a CALI Excellence Award in Advanced Legal Research, and made the Dean’s List every qualifying semester. Sean also accepted two legal externships working in the Ada County Public Defender’s Office, and Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where he worked under a limited license.. After graduation from the College of Law, Sean worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the 4th Judicial District of Colorado, located in Colorado Springs. As a criminal prosecutor, Sean handled a misdemeanor docket of over 1,200 cases simultaneously where he gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience. Ms. Huskey is an Idaho attorney with over 15 years of experience in general civil and commercial litigation. She has represented clients on a wide range of issues, including tort liability, contract disputes, professional malpractice, real property disputes, employment law, anti-trust, securities and constitutional issues. Ms. Huskey distinguished herself early on in law school as the recipient of the 2000 Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. She then gained her experience working with several of the large firms in Boise and clerking with the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

I started my career as a Disability Representative long before law school. I began first as a non-attorney claimants' representative and helped with well over 1,000 successful claims throughout the western states before I ever earned my law degree and started practicing as an attorney. Once I was able to open my own office and function fully as an attorney representative, I chose to remain in a small office so that I could work directly with my own clients. It is important to me that the people I represent know that I am aware of them and directly involved in their claim for assistance. I have stayed dedicated to the disability appeals process. I help with Social Security disability claims as well as claims for Compensation and Pension through the Veterans Administration.

I have been an attorney since 1980, first in Michigan and now in Idaho.  I have a ton of experience in a variety areas of law.  In my early career I worked as in-house counsel for a number of companiess, concentrating on contracts and general business issues.  Now I work on helping clients work through the legal issues that face them, whether it is a divorce with children or drating a pre-nuptial agreement because both parties to the marriage have children and assets of their own.. I understand what my client wants to achieve and do my best to achieve those goals in a cost-effective manner.  Unfortunately, the other side is not always cooperative.

I am a partner with the law firm of Hardee, Pinol & Kracke, PLLC specializing in all family law matters.  My brother, Dan Hardee, brought me into the firm to partner and practice law in an area that we both have tremendous passion for.  I have two children of my own and I have spent 16 years coaching youth sports such as football, basketball and baseball.  I recognize that children are our most important resource and I feel there is no higher calling than advocating for the best interests of children in any situation.  My undergraduate degree is in Civil Engineering and my previous work experience included employment as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch.  My passion in advocating for children, my education, and my past work experience; make me uniquely qualified to represent parties in divorce cases involving complex property settlements.

He then graduated from Boise State University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science. While at Boise State, Jake walked-on to the football team where he eventually earned a full-ride scholarship. Jake’s accolades while playing for Boise State include: Competed in 45 games from 2012-2015; 2014 Fiesta Bowl Champion; 2015 Team Captain; 4x Academic All Mountain West Conference honoree; 3x Mountain West Scholar Athlete; 2016 NFF Hampshire Honor Society Member; CoSIDA Academic All-District Football Team; and a William V. Evan graduated from Boise State University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho School of Law in 2015. While attending law school, Evan’s studies included an emphasis on Business Law and Entrepreneurship. He was a member of the Law School Dean’s List for all three years.. Coming out of law school, Evan was a partner/co-owner at Mortimer, Thomas PLLC in Boise, Idaho. His law firm handled a wide variety of legal matters, including clients requiring representation with personal injury, family law, administrative appeals, misdemeanor criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, business transactions, and civil litigation cases.. Currently, Evan is a shareholder of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers based in Boise, Idaho. Evan has successfully settled and litigated hundreds of personal injury cases of all specialties: auto accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and catastrophic and serious injury accidents.. David is originally from Lewiston, Idaho before matriculating at the University of Idaho receiving an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in child development. It was during this time that David found his passion in helping children and families in any way that he could. After graduating from the University of Idaho, David worked at Lewiston, Idaho Juvenile Corrections Center as a Rehabilitation Technician assisting in the rehabilitation of youths that were involved in crimes of violence or substance abuse.. David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho Law School in 2016. While matriculating at the University of Idaho, David emphasized learning the litigation process and strategy and was the president of the mock trial team and a member of the Evidentiary Appellate Advocacy team. It was during this time that David was able to acquire a vast amount of skills needed to be an excellent litigator competing in competitions in Seattle, Washington and Brooklyn, New York.
