I have been an Idaho attorney for over 20 years.  My practice focuses on family law (including divorce, child cusotdy modifications, child support modifications, adoptions, and guardianships), employment law disputes (on behalf of employees and employers), noncompete agreements, insurance coverage disputes, and general litigation.  I am also a trained mediator listed on the Idaho Supreme Court's Civil Case Mediator roster.  I believe in and strive for cooperative solutions whenever possible.. I graduated with B.A.'s in Political Science, History, and Spanish from the University of Idaho in 2004. After graduation I worked for Canyon County Prosecutor's Office as a victim witness coordinator.  In 2007, I enrolled at the University of Oregon School of Law and in 2009 graduated with my Juris Doctorate. Following law school, I returned to the Treasure Valley where I spent four years with the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.. In 2013, I began her criminal defense and family law career.. I was raised in southwestern Idaho on a dairy farm, I grew up picking rock, hauling hay, feeding calves, and milking cows.  I learned about hard work and dedication at a young age, which has carried over to my legal career. I now resides in Boise with my beautiful family who love to camp, raft, snowboard, watch and play sports. I recently retired from roller derby and now I coach a middle school volleyball team, as well as, play both co-ed and women's recreation volleyball.

I am a bankruptcy attorney in Boise, Idaho, and also represent clients in California.. I got into bankruptcy law because when I was growing up we lost our house to foreclosure and later we also got evicted from another house. We were on welfare off and on. Financial problems never seemed to cease when I was a kid. I have real empathy for what my clients are going through. I know first hand how scary it can be. Although my parents did not have the tools to prevent some of the hardships, I now have the tools under the Bankruptcy Code to help my clients avoid some of the outcomes I had to deal with as a kid.. Attorney Thalia Radey is an experienced attorney practicing law in Idaho. She earned her J.D. at Concordia University of Law in Boise, Idaho.
